Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
We are currently offering free UK delivery on all orders.
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 3pm (UK time). Orders placed after 3pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day We try our best to accommodate and be as flexible as possible, please email us if you have any specific requirements at email@example.com
The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.
If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
We are committed to providing a fast, safe, and reliable delivery service for all of our items. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier suited to each item on our website. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier for delivery. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday.

All our free UK flat rate and Signed For services are insured up to the value of £500. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.

We anticipate shipping and delivery times might take longer than usual due to COVID-19 & Cross border shipment delays. If you are experiencing a delay with your order, we would ask that you continue to monitor your tracking for further updates.

Customs and Duty Charges
If you're ordering products to be delivered outside of the UK, they may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery. These include import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that apply outside the UK. If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, make sure that they're aware that they'll need to cover this before you order.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot offer assistance on these processes. We recommend that you check the import charges applicable for your country before ordering products to be delivered there.
